(member rates are applicable to ACMA/ICPA members only)
Full Conference – Includes access to 3 full days of activities: Exhibit Hall, Keynote sessions, Education and technical paper sessions; 2 Receptions, Awards Luncheon, and Thursday lunch ticket.
Onsite (February 3, 2010 and later)
Member: $679
Non-Member: $879
Exhibit Hall Only – Includes access to the Exhibit Hall during the 2 days it is open. Tickets to Receptions (including the Tuesday Welcome Reception) and Awards Luncheon must be purchased separately.

Registration Policies & Procedures
Photography
Registration and attendance at, or participation in, ACMA meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to ACMA’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant’s or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events and activities.
Confirmations
Registrants will receive confirmation by e-mail only and within 5 business days from when the registration is received.
Cancellation Policy
If a written cancellation notice is received by January 15, 2010, ACMA will refund the full registration fee minus a $50 processing fee. After January 15, 2010, no refunds will be available.
Substitutions
Substitutions and changes may be submitted in writing to events@acmanet.org through February 2, 2010. After this date, all substitutions are not allowed.
No Shows
ACMA does not accept responsibility for any “No Shows” at the conference. Regardless of their attendance, these individuals will be charged for the cost of their registration.
