Registration Policies & Procedures
Photography
Registration and attendance at, or participation in, ACMA meetings and other activities constitutes
an agreement by the registrant to ACMA’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the
registrant’s or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and
audiotapes of such events and activities.
Confirmations
Registrants will receive confirmation by email only and within 5 business days
from when the registration is received.
Cancellation Policy
If a written cancellation notice is received by January 7, 2011, ACMA will refund the full registration
fee less a $50 processing fee. No refunds will be given after January 7, 2011.
Substitutions
Substitutions and changes may be submitted in writing to events@acmanet.org through January 21, 2011.
After this date, substitutions are not allowed.
No Shows
ACMA does not accept responsibility for any “No Shows” at the conference. Regardless of their attendance,
these individuals will be charged for the cost of their registration.
